, Dallas, is executive producer of sports at KTVT-CBS Channel 11/KTXA-UPN Channel 21 in Dallas-Fort Worth. He was awarded an Emmy for Best Sports Program for the Troy and Babe Show.

, Corinth, and his wife, Lori, are proud to announce the arrival of their daughter, Caroline, in October.

Joy Dickinson Tipping
, Dallas, has moved back to Dallas after five years in Albuquerque, N.M. She is associate editor for Texas Lawyer, a newspaper in Dallas, and freelances for the Dallas Morning News and other newspapers and magazines nationwide.

Zaira E. Juárez
, New York, N.Y., will be moving to Montreal, Quebec, Canada, for a year to assist in managing Pfizer’s Canadian patent and regulatory litigation and to supervise trial work. She joined Pfizer’s intellectual property enforcement group in 2004, managing patent litigation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Pauline Arrillaga, Phoenix, Ariz., a former Texas Associated Press writer, shared the 2005 Military Reporters & Editors distinguished reporting award for a story she co-wrote on the U.S. death count in Iraq reaching 1,000.

, Tulsa, Okla., and her husband have welcomed their second child, Noah.

Roman Flute
, Corinth, founder of F Media, received the Gold Award in the MarCom Creative Awards’ video/film/marketing category for design of an online marketing video for ATX Group.

Doug Gray
, Elizabeth, Colo., was promoted to supervisor of juvenile probation for the 18th Judicial District in Colorado. Ashley Arnold Gray (’94) is a first-grade teacher in Cherry Creek School District. They have two children, Madison, 4, and Cooper, 1.

Bill Ison
(M.S., ’98 Ph.D.), Fort Worth, was honored in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers: The Best Teachers in America Selected by the Best Students, ninth edition, published in October.

Marianne Tatom Letts
, Austin, received her Ph.D. in music theory from the University of Texas at Austin in the fall. Her dissertation is titled “‘How to Disappear Completely’: Radiohead and the Resistant Concept Album.”

Andrea Long-Alderson
, North Richland Hills, reports that she is happily married and has two beautiful daughters, Cassidy and Chloe.

Jennifer Reddin Wilson
, Renton, Wash., is married with a 19-month-old son and living in a suburb of Seattle.

(M.S.), Wichita Falls, retired in September as catalog librarian at Moffett Library at Midwestern State University. He worked there for more than 10 years.

, Dallas, was selected by Legal Assistant Today magazine as its 2005 Paralegal of the Year.

Angie Cheatham Gray
(’96 M.Ed.), Carrollton, and her husband, Terry, welcomed their first child, Madelyn, in June. Angie is in her fourth year as principal of O.C. Taylor Elementary School in the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD.

Cassandra Lyons Jackson
, Grand Prairie, and her husband, Gregory, adopted a baby boy, Keith Alexander, on Thanksgiving. He was born in November and is their first child.

and *Michael Jensik (’92, ’99 M.S.), Dallas, welcomed their first child, Melanie Abigail, in September.

Erik Sandoval-Rinderle
, Seattle, Wash., has moved with his partner and two sons to Seattle. After helping to launch CBS Channel 2 in Palm Springs, Calif., Erik is now an anchor for Northwest Cable News, a Belo-owned cable news operation.

Terry Botkin
and his wife, Rochelle Botkin (’96), Denton, welcomed a new addition to their family in December. Emma Grace Botkin was 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and 19.5 inches long.

Santos Núñez
, Lawrence, Kan., was named a KU Woman of Distinction at the University of Kansas. She is program director of the Multicultural Resource Center there and a second-year doctoral student in higher education.

Thomas Osborne
, Fort Worth, opened Arkitype Media in August, offering web solutions and specializing in bringing business branding into the 21st century.

Christopher Ling, Temple, and his wife, Carrie, started Lifelike Dental Studio, a dental laboratory in Temple. They specialize in porcelain crown and bridge restorations and serve a dozen dentist clients. Chris and Carrie have three daughters, Avery, 9, Kamrie, 6, and Ella, 3, and Ruthie, their standard poodle.

Phillip Godwin
, Richardson, was named vice president of sales for Clear Technologies Inc. in October, and he and Kate Pepper Godwin (’97) are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Ella Grace, born that month. Big brothers Garrett and Grayson welcomed her home.

Kelly Herd Harrod
(’99 M.A.) and John Calvin Harrod (’95) Addison, celebrated the birth of their son, Evan August, in November. Kelly is a business systems analyst with CSC and Calvin is a photographer and stay-at-home dad.

Evelinn A. Borrayo (M.A., ’99 Ph.D.), Fort Collins, Colo., received the American Psychological Association’s 2005 Presidential Latina/Latino Leadership Citation for Students and Early Career Psychologists. She is an associate professor of psychology at Colorado State University.

James C. Jackson
(M.S.), Lawton, Okla., was named director of athletics at Cameron University, a member of the Lone Star Conference. Previously he was the athletic director at Pratt Community College in Pratt, Kan., for seven years.

Craig A. Woodcook
(’01 M.S.), Keller, graduated from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law in May 2005, passed the Texas Bar and was sworn in as an attorney in November. He has accepted a job as in-house counsel for Ben E. Keith Co., where he has worked for the last nine years. He lives in Keller with his wife of 10 years, Micah, and his daughter, Marlee, 9.

Stephen Jones (Ph.D.), Russellville, Ark., took a position as assistant professor of business and economics at Arkansas Tech University.

Richard H. Martin
, Grand Prairie, has joined the Collin County office of Strasburger & Price LLP as a governmental attorney. Previously he was an assistant city attorney for Arlington.

Mary McMinn
, Irving, received a master of business administration degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2003. Last fall she won the International Association of Business Communicators Silver Quill and Bronze Quill awards for excellence in writing.

Aimee Young Erickson
and Brandon Erickson (’00 M.S.), Austin, celebrated the birth of their son, Logan Allen Erickson, in October. Aimee is a teacher for the Del Valle ISD and Brandon is executive director of an assisted living community in Austin.

Chris Sharp
, Fort Worth, announces the birth of his daughter, Carly. Chris and his wife, Caren, who have been married since 1999, have three other children. He is a manager for Terminix and she is a dance instructor.
