The soaring eagle sculpture In High Places featured in this issue’s Time Tracks isn’t the only piece of art by Gerald Balciar on campus. His sculpture Forever Free graces the landing of the central staircase in the Administration Building, a gift from friends of UNT under the leadership of Larry Jobe (’61).
