Jack Sutey, Chicago :: is involved in several musical projects, including the Maryland Wind Festival created by Tyler Austin (’14 M.M.) and Erin Lensing (’13). The festival is a week of chamber music intended to enhance the Maryland community through high-quality performances, music education and advancement of the wind repertoire. The festival, with 16 members from all over the United States and Belgium, presents six concerts of French and American music performed anywhere from schools to vineyards. It also hosts a “call for scores” competition that awards young composers.
