David Toney, Pearland :: was elected to membership as a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He is a partner at Adams and Reese, where he practices primarily in the areas of construction disputes, commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury defense and toxic tort litigation. He is president of the Houston Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.
