eagle tale

Using an 8mp digital SLR camera, Dan Reeder takes hundreds of photos of Alaska's eagles over a typical weekend, although in the winter he contends with temperatures below zero and limited light. He says in February and March, the eagle population climbs to about 500 in Homer and 3,000 to 5,000 in Haines.
