Robert G. Munday (’57 M.Ed., ’65 Ed.D.), Commerce, will retire from Texas A&M University-Commerce in August after 36 years. During the last 16 years, he has been a professor and head of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education.

’58
Don R. Edmonds, Tyler, served as the director of transition for Bill Ratliff during his move from Texas state senator to Texas lieutenant governor in January. He previously served as campaign manager for Ratliff’s senate races. Edmonds has also served as city manager of the Texas cities of Rosebud, Donna, Monahans and Hurst, and Martinsville, Va. In 1993 and 1994, he was assigned municipal consulting projects in Romania and Bulgaria under the auspices of the International Executive Service Corps.
