A group attending the 11th International Medical Geography Symposium in July in Fort Worth, sponsored in part by UNT's Department of Geography and the UNT Health Science Center at Fort Worth, took time out for some sightseeing. About 150 participants from more than a dozen countries attended the conference.

UNT green replaced Warrior blue this summer as the university converted facilities at the former Liberty Christian School property for use by athletics. Some facilities were ready for the fall semester and others are due for completion in December.
