Director Rick Villarreal visited with fans at a meeting of
the Denton chapter of the North Texas Exes Aug. 8. The event
at the Environmental Education, Science and Technology Building
included a planetarium show, live entertainment and door prizes.

quilt to the university at a ceremony Sept. 11 at the Shrader
Pavilion, in remembrance of victims of last year’s terrorist
attacks. Various student organizations made the squares for
the quilt.
