He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Clarkson College of Technology, a master’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, an M.B.A. from San Diego State University and his doctorate from the University of Florida. He loved the Texas Rangers, Florida Gators and chocolate.
